C.L. Olulu is the Director of Operations at the Kelly Vision Foundation for both Gwinnett County, Georgia, and the international hub in Nairobi, Kenya. She is a Retired U.S. Army Officer and a proud disabled veteran with over 15 years of extensive experience in finance, contract, logistics, and transportation management. C.L. has led complex operations involving multi-million-dollar budgets, supply chain oversight, and large-scale procurement activities for both domestic and international missions.
Throughout her service and post-military career, C.L. has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing and executing policies that ensure accuracy, compliance, and accountability in financial and logistical functions.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, C.L. passion lies in giving back to those in need and supporting individuals with disabilities. She is deeply committed to leveraging her skills and leadership experience to serve and empower others-creating opportunities for those facing challenges to thrive.
